The company Holzwerke Gebr. Schneider was supported in setting up an energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001. The certification audit was successfully accompanied.
An energy audit was prepared for the Siemens production site in Regensburg. Various measures were worked out to improve energy efficiency and thus save costs.
The company Weyermann was supported by eta Energieberatung in the introduction and certification of an energy management system according to ISO 50001.
eta Energieberatung also carried out the repeat audit for the SRH Group. During the audit numerous individual measures were analysed and the possible savings were determined.
The company Borgers has been supported by eta Energieberatung for many years. The main focus of the consulting services was the establishment and maintenance of an energy management system according to ISO 50001, among other things a catalogue of efficiency measures was compiled, which shows annual CO2 savings of approx. 3,200 t resp. cost savings of 8 %.
The energy audit was carried out for the production site in Nuremberg and the associated real estate.
Possibilities for energy savings in the amount of 13.5 million euros per year were identified. These range from organisational measures to larger investment measures such as the realisation of a natural gas CHP. Measures with immediate or short-term amortisation alone have a savings potential of 6.5 million euros per year.
eta Energieberatung, Pfaffenhofen received the order from WUN Bioenergie GmbH for the conception and planning of a biomass ORC cogeneration plant and a wood pelleting plant. After a construction period of only 9 months the combined heat and power plant has been put into operation.
By implementing an innovative steam generation system using CHP, consisting of a conventional steam boiler with micro gas turbine and gas turbine exhaust gas burner, renewal of the steam distribution system with a pure steam generator and a new ventilation system to supply highly hygienic areas, CO2 emissions were reduced by almost 20 %.
The community Wunsiedel will become a pellet stronghold through the investment of 30 million euros in the new pellet plant with a connected CHP. The new pellet plant is supplied with the necessary energy by three connected natural gas CHPs.
